Themed “Changing the African Conservation Narrative: Everyone’s Business.” This important event will take place from 4th to 7th March 2026 in Nairobi, Kenya.

In light of the ongoing decline in global biodiversity, despite growth in protected areas, it is clear that we must rethink our approach to conservation. BCC 2026 will explore innovative and inclusive strategies that align conservation with economic development, ensuring that nature is protected for people, not from people. The conference will reinforce that conservation is everyone’s business and represents a significant economic opportunity for Africa.
